FX Rand Online Access

Do you have online access to your Capitec Business account?

Please select whether or not you have access to your Capitec Business account online.

What is online access?

Online access allows you to securely manage and monitor your Capitec Business account through Capitec’s digital banking platform. With online access, you can view account balances, track transactions, make payments, and perform other banking activities anytime, anywhere, all from the comfort of your device.

Step 1: Request access

1. If you require online access, feel free to contact AMI Trading for assistance at support@amitrading.co.za
    or whatsapp at 079 507 4441.
2. AMI Trading will make contact with FX Rand and Capitec to request access. 
   
3. You will receive an email to notify Capitec that you would like request. You do not have to action anything. 

Step 2: Sign Documents from Capitec via Docusign 

1. You will receive an email from Capitec via Docusign that requires signing. Below is an example of what the email could potentially look like. 
   
2. If you haven't received the Docusign forms to sign within 48 hours after receiving the previous email, please follow up with FX Rand regarding your account. 

Step 3: You Log in your Capitec Business Account 

1. Generally within another 48 hours, you will receive a welcome email. The subject of the email will be 'Online Banking Welcome Letter'.
   
   
2. Click on the link to go to the Capitec website. 
   
3. Click on the Online Banking button at the top-right hand corner of the screen. 
   
4. Use the username provided in your email. You will receive your password via SMS. 
   
5. Follow the website's instruction to continue. 
   
6. Download Capitec App on phone for convenience.
