Here is an example of an email you’ll receive when FX Rand sends you a Capitec Trading Account Confirmation Letter. 


Step 1: Congratulations 

  1. Congratulations! You are one step closer to trading. 
  2. Please forward your Bank Confirmation Letter to AMI Trading for our records.

Step 2: Sign FX Rand Crypto Declaration 

  1. You will find 4 attachments to this email. 
  2. Please sign the Explanation Letter, as well as the Crypto Transaction Declaration. 
  3. When filling in Crypto Transaction Declaration, your crypto exchange entity is VALR. 
  4. If you did not receive these documents or you are unsure how to fill in the forms, please reach out to AMI Trading at support@amitrading.co.za. 

Step 3: Send to FX Rand

  1. Once you have completed your forms, please email them back to FX Rand. 
  2. Please request access to your bank account.
