Here is an example of an email you’ll receive when an FX Rand requests you to sign the Capitec Onboarding for an individual. Please sign the document to proceed to the next step.




Step 1: Open Documents

  1. Click on the Start Signing Button. 
  2. You will receive a pop up to send an OTP pin to your email address. Please insert OTP pin to open documents.

Step 2: Sign Documents from Capitec

  1. Sign all the relevant spaces electrically and submit. 


Step 3: Capitec Processes your Documents 

  1. Capitec will now process your documents and a Capitec Business Account will be opened. 
  2. Please be patient with this process, as it takes time to review your documents.
  3. You will receive a Confirmation Letter to notify you when the process when the account has been opened.
